No. This project was not made to run on Super Nintendo and does not respect its limitations. This is not a romhack, it was made from scratch using GameMaker.
So far, the following characters have been confirmed: X, Zero, Axl, Iris, Vile, MegaMan and ProtoMan. It is not the priority at the moment but it is possible that more characters will be added.
